Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. If orders indicated as out of country, we do face additional weeks as shipping comes from outside of Canada.  All orders are the responsibility of the customer. This is to verify correct shipping address as well as contact of your parcel's safe arrival.

 

If Local to WTF, we can personally deliver for an additional fee or you are able to pick up your order at no additional charge. This information will be provided to you from your WTF consultant.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from a WTF representative. Please contact us at wildtoyfarm@gmail.com for authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit.

Wild Toy Farm is unable to accept returns for the following reasons (but not limited to):

  • Due to health and safety reasons, all used merchandise will not be eligible for returns.

  • Damaged packaging from shipping or warehouse storage.

  • Articles of clothing, lingerie, costumes, or latex products.

  • Testers, or display models in bulk.

  • Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece not in it's original condition.

  • Products which are not in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

  • Items with an expiration date such as personal lubricants and other topicals, contraceptives, and edible items.
